Discovery Conversation & Tier Assessment
A Partner Success Manager from Astraal will schedule a 45-minute discovery call. We will ask about your existing client base, your sales model, your technical capabilities, and your interest in the different Astraal products. Based on this, we will recommend the partner tier that fits your current capacity — with a clear path to the next tier as the relationship matures.

Onboarding, Certification & Demo Access
Solution, Elite, and Strategic partners complete Astraal's partner certification programme — covering all seven products, the 7 Existential Questions framework, the sales methodology, and the implementation playbook. Referral partners receive the collateral pack, portal access, and a 90-minute product walkthrough. Certification takes 2–3 weeks and is conducted entirely online, with an optional in-person option at our Bengaluru HQ.

First Client, First Revenue
With your first client introduction or deal registration, revenue begins. Commissions are paid quarterly. Margins on resold contracts are settled on client payment. Your Partner Success Manager stays involved through your first three client implementations — ensuring the intelligence delivered matches the expectation set in the sale, and that your client becomes a reference before the first anniversary.

Do I need to be an existing Astraal client to become a partner?
No. You do not need to be a client. You do need to understand the problems Astraal solves well enough to represent it credibly to the institutions you work with. Our certification programme gets you there — but if you have been following Astraal's work, you may already be most of the way there before you apply.
Can I partner with Astraal as an individual, not a company?
Yes. Referral Partners are frequently individual practitioners — CHRO and CLO consultants, academic advisors, EdTech strategists. You do not need to be registered as a company to earn commissions as a Referral Partner. For Solution, Elite, and Strategic tiers, a registered entity is required.
How long does the certification programme take?
For Solution Partners, the certification programme takes 2–3 weeks online — covering all seven products, the 7 EQ framework, the sales methodology, and implementation basics. Elite and Strategic partners receive a bespoke onboarding that includes in-person sessions at our Bengaluru HQ for those who want them.
What is the minimum deal size I need to bring to earn commission as a Referral Partner?
There is no minimum deal size. If you refer an institution that becomes a paying Astraal client — regardless of the contract value — you earn 5% of that contract value, every year it renews, for as long as they remain a client. A small school that stays for five years pays you commission for five years.
Can two partners work on the same client?
Deal registration protects the first registered partner on any specific client opportunity. However, it is common for a Solution Partner and a Technology Integration Partner to work with the same client — implementing Astraal while integrating it with an existing HRMS, for example. In these cases, commercial terms are agreed collaboratively before the client is approached jointly.
Does Astraal compete with its partners in the implementation market?
No. Astraal does not offer implementation consulting, L&D programme design, or organisational change management as commercial services. These are entirely the domain of our partner ecosystem. We build the intelligence infrastructure. Partners build the practice around it.
What support does Astraal give during the sales cycle?
Solution Partners and above get direct support from Astraal during active sales cycles — joint client presentations, technical deep-dives, RFP support, and reference introductions to existing clients. We do not hand partners a brochure and wish them luck. We show up in the room.
Is there an exclusive territory or vertical model?
For Solution Partners and below, there are no exclusivity arrangements. For Elite and Strategic Partners, exclusivity in a specific vertical or geography is negotiable — subject to minimum revenue commitments and performance milestones. This is discussed during the tier assessment conversation.
